  I love the staff. We were greeted with fabulous coffee. The room was very authentic PR. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were beautiful. The location was superb.   Loved the O So Hip vibe of this place. My husband and I had some friends come visit us in the hotel while we were there and the staff was just as nice to them as they were to us. I loved the open courtyard in front of our room where we hung out and enjoyed the air. The breakfast was great and the fresh bread was to die for. The location is spot on... 别人怎么说 » .   The service. We were a family of 8, with our 10 month old grandchild...the staff worked hard to make sure that our stay was comfortable. We had a regular room, a junior suite, and two king suites. Unfortunately, the air conditioning went out in both king suites. It was to the Presidential Suite on the 6th floor and it was simply outstanding!   The staff (Marlene & others) were delightful and extremely accommodating. The "Inn," which is more like a series of villas connected together was beautifully set - perhaps 10 meters from the Beach. We rented a car as Old San Juan is perhaps 5 kilometers away, but an easy drive. If you want to be just outside - The outstanding friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was refreshing. They went out of their way to offer assistance and always were accommodating. A delicious spread at breakfast was very pleasant in the outdoor garden looking onto the ocean. I had forgot my phone charger in the room and the cleaning staff turned it in; I received it when I returned to pick up my bags later in the day. Overall, I give them the highest marks in service, location and amenities. I will definitely be returning
