for the price it was excellent, no bugs, comfortable beds, nice clean pool , excellent breakfast buffet and the staff were very friendly and conscientious I wold definitely stay here again location is great off the main rd, going into Disney loved it. The rooms were clean and large. The hotel had a courteous staff and good breakfast every morning. They also had a bus service to the parks, which made life much easier.
所有评语 » i enjoyed the entire stay. it was convenient, clean and family oriented. i especially loved the breakfast buffet every morning. Price was great for the rooms booked. When a issue/problem occurred it was handled immediately to satisfactory. The staff at reception were very courteous and helpful. The room was excellent and the bed very comfortable. The Galleria Palms was a very clean (no bugs) and friendly place. greatly priced hotel within all of Florida's tourist attractions. Fast check in, quiet room, large bathroom with double sinks. Very nice rooms, friendly stuff, good breakfast. Convenient location, nice facilities. Location, room size. good breakfast. will stay there again if oppurtunity exist. It was clean and comfortable. The beds very comfortable. Very close to Disney, etc. the staff should have been more engaging. Breakfast was ok but could have been better. Did not like the selection at breakfast. Need more of a meat selections instead of all the bread. Although going to breakfast at 8, do to the numbers, you had to wait for a table and the breakfast staff did not replenish the hot food early. Hair left on shower wall from previous guest, bathroom door handle fell off, air in water lines made loud noises, sausage gravy at breakfast was very runny. Getting a little worn and attention to details needed. No 'English' tea. Air-conditioning in room was noisy in night. The desk where you get your parking pass for onsite parking also sells discounted tickets for Disney which is a plus. However what they do not tell you up front is that you have sit through a few hours of information presentation first, before you get the tickets at a discounted rate. Shuttle to Disney theme parks once a day. location is kind of hard to find. need a good sign along main road. We got stuck on the ground floor and the noise of the generator and elevators and traffic going by all night was not very good. We stayed in room 113. No business center, breakfast is horrible, didn't eat it. The gym is half the size of the rooms. The room had some pieces of food items on one the floor corners, that seem to have not been vacuumed properly. Also the room seemed to be very dimly lit for some reason, with a few of the lights not working!.
