No having to walk down an enclosed hall way to get to our room, allowing the freedom to come and go with ease, that to us is worth booking our room with the Waves. We had a partial ocean view room, and it was perfect. Open the window and you can see the waves coming in, just not hitting the beach, which was fine with us. The free breakfast was excellent.
