Everything was amazing. Housekeeping was good! There was a pool (indoor and outside) a hot tub, a lazy river a bar, and it's right on the beach. Perfect stay. My fiancé and I have already discussed our stay next summer and we are choosing best western again. I was a little skeptical at first but I enjoyed my stay :-). We are handicapped and upon booking our reservation made mention of it . They provided wonderful accomodations for us and everyone was so polite and friendly that I hope when we can get back there again we will be able to seek the same room. I have recommended it to our friends. Thank you very much.

The room was more than we expected and clean. we were very pleased with everything. The location was perfect for our purpose. Oceanfront Staff at registration was excellent Received a gift bag upon check-in (loyalty member). The gal at the desk was MOST informative and helpful!! Access to the beach was refreshing and breakfast was GREAT!!!. Room was clean, and very roomy. Got a ocean view room and it was beautiful! For the price this room was great!. i like how big the room was and how clean the room was i also like how close it was to the beach. The rooms were spacious. Hotel convenient to all amenities. Breakfast was fine but space is limited. I liked the fact the staff was very friendly. The rooms/bathrooms were clean. Right on the water, great value for price, decent breakfast for what it was. The room was excellent. Good bed, very clean, free continental breakfast. Staff was very nice and for an older building the room was very clean. We liked the location and swimming options for the entire family. Staff was excellent and a great help. Convienant to attractions. It was clean and they had a continental breakfast and coffee. The amazing view of the ocean & the kitchenette. Staff, room, prices, cont. Breakfast. view and staff and location. close proximity to beach. Excellent service. the location. everything. The parking!! There should be a few more handicapped spots. People should be made to display their permits. Parking could be improved but was not a big issue for us. Parking was hard to find. Nothing!!. Entrance door to room stuck and was very hard to open. Not a lot of parking in the garage. Booked 2 rooms for myself and wife + another for my sister and husband. Had to request a change of room (222) because of a VERY noisy ice maker just outside the door. Room 221 also near the ice maker but a good deal quieter. I mooved to 321 which was much better. Rooms are a bit tired. Being on the beach I felt a couple extra towels should have been put into the rooms. There was not a sidewalk or path of any sort to walk way between the buildings to the main building where the continental breakfast was served. The building we were in had two unrelated Best Western buildings in between. We had to walk a long the road to get to the main building. I complained several times about the ice maker not working. It never was fixed. The breakfast buffet offered was very limited and we grew tired of the few options. The gravy did not taste like normal gravy should. Rooms Little outdated but really clean. Always had a clean room and extra towels w/ other items. Breakfast could be a little bit better but all I would add would be some eggs and some sort of meat. We had to stay at the annex and it was away from the main hotel. Could of had better cooking utensils. Rooming in the annex building, didn't know at booking date we would be staying there. Paid for ocean front and couldn't see it. breakfast,, the juices and esp. the coffee were watered down. ended up just getting our coffee at dunkin donuts or just making our own in room. Coffee maker. more on breakfast. I was expecting a room in one of the main building. Didnt know it was three different building an I had to walk to the other building to take my kids to the pool an eat breakfast. Very disappointed.
