Definitely a 3.5 star hotel. - Stayed whilst attending a conference at the university. it was nicely located for the university, if you have a car, as a little too far to walk. Clean place with great selection at breakfast. Small indoor pool and hot tub - nice after day at conference. Good to have guest laundry facilities too.

  I'm reluctant to tell about my experience because I've been to Lawrence before (ku sports) and have had trouble finding a great value in Lawrence. Tv grea - I was just looking for a cheap hotel for a one night stay. I was coming in on Thursday for an interview and leaving the next morning. So for the price, I was surprised that the room was a decent size, plus it had a mini fridge, nice flat screen TV with full cable, free Internet access and the usual extras like...iron and ironing board, blow dryer and many toiletries. Also many stores in walking distance and as a bonus, a really good Sushi/Habachi restaurant.
