  Comparatively small hotel right off the strip, which was a great location, because you were tucked away from all of the craziness a little bit but you could get to it in under 5 minutes if you wanted to. Well stocked kitchen, two dining areas, lounge area with couch, main bathroom, one bedroom with two double beds and a massive master bedroom with ensuite. Very comfortable, very clean and functional. And for the price it was incredible value for money. Also excellent location. Right behind the polo towers and next to planet Hollywood. Two minute walk to the strip.

The rooms are also very quiet and when the curtains are closed - The Bellagio is probbaly the best managed hotel that I have ever stayed in. More importantly, because of the 40% discount that you offered us, I don't think the price of the room was particularly expensive, especially compared to other hotels on the strip.   I cannot rate the staff because we had 2 experiences, one bad, one great. The first woman we checked in with was just snotty-attempting to be business like, but really, was a b----. Wouldn't give us a good rate, so we made reservations from Booking right then and there. Then, went to the other check in person, named Derek, and he was great. We not - The staff were excellent to deal with. We stayed for 2 days then away a night before returning for another 4 and they allowed us to view a different room first so we could check in straight away. As it turned out, we wanted the same room we had before so they made that happen and recognised the room had just been released so we could checkin right then. The facilities were exactly what we needed for a long stay. The housekeeping was also excellent as was the heated pool.
