  When we arrived for the Rodeo they were booked solid so they were a bit behind on getting our room ready. Initially the young Lady behind the desk said they would need an hour. I thought no biggie we could do some things at the Rodeo and check in later. ut upon hearing that the manager asked for a list of rooms to be cleaned and went floor to floo... 别人怎么说 » r himself!!!! We waited maybe 10 minutes! On top of that they gave two free breakfast vouchers on the house for our trouble!! Awesome staff!! If youre - The room was actually quite spacious. I had a misunderstanding with the hotel staff that they are going to drop me to the airport. I was upset about it-they eventually called for a cab, and got me dropped. The staff was very nice to talk to. Hotel was very clean. Wifi was excellent, streaming live television was not an issue.

  The entire staff was extremely helpful. This hotel makes having to go to Houston Medical Center so much easier for the out of town patients. This Hampton Inn & Suites has door to door shuttles to each hospital and the service is great without long waits.   Very comfortable. I was able to relax almost as soon as I walked in the hotel. Staff was very kind and professional. Entire facility was clean and orderly. - The bed was super comfortable. The staff was more than helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good.

Staff was friendly and courteous. Rooms were comfortable, and liked having a refrigerator in room. On my last visit I had a death in the family, and the desk clerk was very helpful in canceling the rest of my stay. I will be staying here again a few more times this year.
