The entire staff was extremely helpful. This hotel makes having to go to Houston Medical Center so much easier for the out of town patients. The room was actually quite spacious. I had a misunderstanding with the hotel staff that they are going to drop me to the airport. I was upset about it-they eventually called for a cab, and got me dropped. The staff was very nice to talk to. Hotel was very clean. Wifi was excellent, streaming live television was not an issue.
