  We were upgraded to a cabin. Very basic but clean and comfortable. The motel is set back from the road so it was quiet. Very handy to the Kittery Outlets. - The room was clean The couple who run the place were very nice and friendly The area was quiet if you're looking for a good night sleep

It is new and very clean. i stayed in a suite and was very surprised to find it has a kitchen complete with full refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and cooktop. It was perfect for hosting a group of friends for cocktails and appetizers.

  The room was clean. There were plenty of towels and the towels were soft, not scratchy like some hotels. We had a microwave and a refrigerator. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable.   The staff was very friendly and they were very talkative. They were more than willing to print off directions to any place we wanted to go. The breakfast was excellent with many choices.   The Port Inn was comfortable, with a friendly and helpful staff. It is slightly outside the busy, touristy downtown area and we felt this was a plus. The hotel was full, but it was very quiet.   A shuttle service, driven by jim, was a wonderful addition. We did not know the area, and it was a great service to us. Jim and George on the desk was very friendly. - The free shuttle bus to downtown Portsmouth in the evening was awesome - great service! It was nice to have a hot breakfast in the a.m., not just a continental one.
