  On the first night we did not get much rest due to a party in the adjoining room that lasted until 4am. The hotel refunded our money for that night. I reserved a non smoking room anf on the second night I and my friend awoke to what appeared to be second hand cigarette smoke in our room. They were so patient and attentive to the children that ordered. Great staff from gift shop to the Conceirge. We stayed over Thanksgiving and was recommended some wonderful resturants.   Excellent room, two bedroom unit was just that, with kitchen and two baths, very nice. Housekeeper came around and asked when you would like service, a very nice touch. - The access to skiing was perfect. From our room in the Tower, we were on the slopes in 10 minutes. Very friendly staff and just a beautiful place to stay!
