  The staff was incredibly friendly! They did an excellent job of making me feel like I was a truly valued guest. Location was perfect and the value for the money was exactly what I had hoped it would be. I am curious if I could have gotten this kind of a deal if the renovation had not been going on during my stay? The building is under construction which we did not mind at all (our Dad is a builder and we love renovation!), and the staff accommodated where they could b/c of the renovations.

They are so comfortable. I like the breakfast (a real breakfast) I really enjoyed the tiki bar, and the beach. The staff is great especailly liz that was my waitress at breakfast. I cant wait to come back. Love love love the balcony!!!

  The location - the view from the balcony at the front looking out over the sea was fantastic. We had booked a weekend away during our main holiday to Orlando to celebrate my 50th birthday and we were upgraded by the hotel to ocean view rooms. Housekeeping was very good, just took til the end of the day to get to our room, but very nice girls. Pool was very clean, continental breakfast was awesome, and plenty to choose from...location was perfect beach was right there, couldn't have been a better place...we highly suggest this hotel....loved it.

I will b - The staff was very friendly especially Elaina & Mike , they answered any question I may have had being as how it was my first time in Jacksonville. The rooms were extremely clean every time I came back to the room it was neatly done. The king size bed was amazingly comfortable. Breakfast was average but hey you can't beat free breakfast.

We asked about chairs that were higher to see over the railing and were given two chairs from the bar. Michelle was so helpful made our room with a view so much more enjoyable. I do suggest that you put chairs that sit higher in the rooms with ocean views.
