we only stayed one night before a early morning flight out of bush loved that is was so close the airport and the staff was wonderfuls with lot of little extras like coffee in the lobby and "go" bags with apples and water and granola when we didn't have time for breakfast. room was spacious; always like the refrigerator in the room; staff was very efficient and friendly. Easy access to airport (IAH) and to downtown. Breakfast included. Ideal for an airport stopover.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, the room was clean and welcoming. staff at reception very friendly and with directions to galleria mall. Clean and comfortable. It was very clean. Generally good. Near airport. This place stunk of mold and mildew, which would not be to surprising considering its location in Houston. However this stench is ubiquitous throughout the hotel and is highly suspect of possible contamination. How much water damage has occurred because of rain, flooding or hurricanes over the years I don't know BUT as a physician it should be thoroughly evaluated for MOLD!. Good location near IAH, free breakfast and wi-fi, clean room, felt it was a good overall value. Breakfast here is better than other hotels with complementary breakfast. Good location and breakfast, nice staff. Airport shuttle Soft beds Soft pillows Location convenience. Location Price. it was all great. elevator oddly located near one end - which was quite far from my parents room and Mom has a hard time walking. But this wouldn't be easy to change ! And it was only a minor issue (not at all an issue to me - I use the stairs!). The business center only had one PC with one printer, and the printer was very slow. Came in by shuttle from the airport for an overnight layover. We expected a shuttle in the morning back to the airport as promised. They did not have adequate shuttles so quite a few of us were stranded. All had to call taxis to return to airport at our. expense. I didn't like the location of the Inn because it is located behind the Comfort Inn and I had trouble finding the hotel. The sign to the hotel is directly beside the Comfort Inn and couldn't be seen from the street. I actually went to the wrong hotel and they advised me that this happens all the time because of the location of the Inn which is directly behind their hotel. The Country Inn can't be seen from the street. Nothing. In room coffee was poor quality. Breakfast ok but certainly nothing special. No restaurants to walk to. Dont go to diner down the street. Food sub par. Toilet was dirty with pubic hair. But the lady at the desk came up and cleans really well and did not compline. Also I got a smoking room that was a letdown I don’t smoke and I had to deal with the oder. No bad points. We had to wait 45 minutes for our shuttle from the airport to the hotel. We kept looking for the van and wasn't told until I called back that there were 3 different hotel names on the van. The problem was our hotel name wasn't on the side we would see. It was on the other side. Also there breakfast doesn't start till 7 am so if you have an early flight you get no breakfast. Poor gym facilities No milk No water No room service Being told to come to reception to get these items. Breakfast starts when shuttle leaves. Waited 1.5 hrs for shuttle. Booked for a family of four and was given a room with one bed and a broken hideaway couch. Despite breakfast included, I left at 6 am with no food or fresh coffee... Really!! Continental Breakfast should be offered for the early birds.
