  I have stayed at 4 star hotels there were not as clean and comfortable as the Hampton Inn Phila/ Willow Grove. All staff very accommodating. You should not advertise this as a 21/2 star hotel ....luxury linens were great ....most travelers want to sink in clean comfy bed and bathroom.....this has it ! Staff accommodating...breakfast excellent. It was as if everyone was a friend, centered on your enjoyment.
