  The staff was very good. When I arrived, apparently the hotel computer did not have my booking, which was done through letsbookhotel.com. I even showed the hotel representative the printout of my booking and she still could not find it in the computer.   I loved it. There was a mix up on the reservation that was really no one's fault. The staff changed the room and even moved me to it awaiting my son's arrival. So easy to get to the airport.   The staff were very friendly and cooperative and jumped in immediately to fix the problems we had. The bed was comfortable - usually can't sleep in hotel beds but this one was good. The location was good for visiting with our daughter and grand-daughter. - I liked the location, the comfortableness of the mattress and the friendliness of the maid.

  This facility was spotless. Our room was immaculate and the pool was pristine even at 9am. We were not on the pool side so it was quite peaceful the whole time we were there.
