  I have zero complaints from my stay at your hotel. From the valet attendants to the fronk desk clerk to the cleaning attendants everyone was very professional and extremely pleasant.   Great room - remodeled recently and very clean. Fantastic rate and free parking worth about $40 in Chicago and 2 free breakfasts at the restaurant worth about $15. - The entire staff was very cordial, friendly and helpful.   The suite was real value for money. Mother and grown-up son had all the space they needed.   Convienent location and price - Its location is excellent. The friendliness of the staff, particulary the bell captain and his staff etc. was excellent. If you are sightseeing its the place to be located.
