All I have to say is AMAZING!!! Best place we have ever stayed!! Staff were very friendly and answered all questions and concerned promptly! We stayed with 4 young children in a 2 bedroom apt, and it was fantastic! So much better than a regular hotel room! The decor was fabulous and the whole apt was super clean.. we even had 2 bathrooms which was great with the kids! The views were breathe taking with the floor to ceiling windows!! Will definitely be back! Thank you bridgestreet for the fanta.
所有评语 » The hotel was located at 'the loop', where everything happend in Chicago. It was great to have a train station just in front of the hotel. We were there during a cold weather with snow, and to run away from the cold, train is the best and cheapest way to visit the city. The apartment was very complete, for who will ahve a long stay it is perfect to cook and have cheaper meals. My husband and I had breakfast every day there and dinner at the the bars and restaurant close to the hotel. Amenities in the apartment were great! Super modern appliances, if you don't want to eat out every day it is very easy to cook there - and fun, as the kitchen was really nice. The design and decoration are super cozy, made us feel at home right away. Beautiful floor to ceiling windows all around the apartment. The front desk staff was very helpful when we had requests. The price we paid was cheaper than in a nice hotel, so definitely a fantastic place to stay. We will return!. Everything. The decor, the layout, the windows!!. The apartment we stayed in was unbelievable. From our balcony we could see the lake, the river, downtown, Michigan Ave, a lighthouse, those two cylinder shaped buildings on the river, even a couple of bridges. The location was ideal for every aspect of our trip. The front desk staff -David, 'e' and I think Antonio and Tony, the super helpful building dude were all gracious, knowledgable and helpful. We loved our stay! The staff was great. It's close to everything. You can't ask for more,it was perfect for my family. We will stay at Bridgestreet at state and Grand again!! Beautiful apartments & views! It's like being home but away from home. They have everything you need in the apartments dishes,washer & dryer,brooms,trash bags,extra bedding,ect...Very nice place with very friendly staff!!! I can't say enough great things really :). Luxurious 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. Seems aimed at the business crowd but was terrific for the family. Clean, spacious, and nicely designed. Great views of the lake. Well equipped with kitchen, laundry, free WiFi and other amenities. Nice pool. Never heard noise from neighbors. Location convenient to downtown shopping and the metro. Exceeded expectations in every way. The apartment was spacious and very well appointed. Four adults had plenty of room to stretch out comfortably. This location is within walking distance to just about anything you want, and taxis are readily accessible too. The staff was very respnsive when needed. We absolutely plan on using Bridgestreet for trips to other cities. I highly recommend Bridgestreet. This place was absolutely amazing by far worth the money paid to stay!! Traveled with a sick 6 year old and still do not have a complaint!! The apartment was comfy cozy really made us feel comfortable in a downtown big city location. Decor was great! Apartment was clean very well done!! So impressed will defiantly go back!!. The location was excellent, with supermarkets a 2 minute walk away, and restaurants and shopping close by. It was easy to walk everywhere, and to hail a cab, or get the El to wherever we wanted to go. The view was great and the apartment extremely comfortable at all times. I would definitely stay here again. I loved the fact that it was near downtown. The staff did everything to help me out! There is a cleaning service, but it is only once a week, which it says in the paper work. I see a few complaints on this matter. It was a great weekend, and I will do it again this summer. This place is well worth it!. i had never heard of the Bridgestreet aparts before this trip, but from now on, I'll be on the lookout for them for other trips. Everything about our stay was wonderful! The view was amazing. The decor and style of the apartment was clean and modern. The staff helpful. We will be returning!!. Location, Location, Location! Everything we wanted to do was either within walking distance or an easy El or bus ride away. Fantastic view from the 34th floor. Being in an apartment allowed us to cook a few meals to save money and stay together in one place as a family. Excellent service. I had called early to see what options were available for a room, and was assisted by Jill. She was able to set up a room with an excellent view of the city and lake. Everything was great. Thank you for making our stay excellent. The location was great and we we all loved the view from our balcony. It was clean and comfortable as well and the staff was very helpful. Chicago is a beautiful city and the people were so friendly. The food was great as well as the museums. 24 hour concierge that can accept deliveries. And give assistance. Short walk to Magnificent Mile and main tourist attractions. Comfortable bed. Good sized apartment with many amenities.Close to restaurants, supermarket and even a hairdresser. Warm and friendly welcome, very helpful staff, great location, everything in easy reach, more than fully equipped apartment in best order, very comfortable bed, the views from the 26th floor... This was not my last stay with you!. I really enjoyed the helpfulness and interactions with the staff. I was happy with the cleanliness of the establishment. I also like the helpful information regarding the room and amenities and accessories. Comfortable clean and well appointed rooms...helpful friendly concierge staff. The location was fantastic. So easy to walk around downtown Chicago. Great to get use of the hotel gym and swimming pool. 2 bedroom apartment provided plenty space and loved having the balcony. everything was satisfying. I loved the specious apartment, comfort furniture, and convenient location. I am thinking of buying an apartment in that building. (This is how good it is). Excellent location. Very spacious and lovely view of Navy pier from our apartment on 22nd floor. It was a corner suite which was even better for views of the Chicago skyline. Wonderful location. Unit was modern and spacious. All the comforts of home. Staff was excellent. It was a super location in the middle of everything. We were on the 17th floor. The views were great, apartment so homely and clean. The staff was amazing and the rooms even better! It was literally like having a 1 bedroom apartment with everything you need. The place is perfect for 3+ days. The staff was outstanding and the space, ammenities were great. The idea of short term apartment rentals is much more appealing than a Hotel stay. Room was perfect . it is very big for me. Reception was kind and helpful. The location was perfect. internet free. the view from the apartment is superb, we were at 35th floor and the "Curtain Glass" is responsible for that. I'd love everything about my stay here. Nothing bad to say. I really like that place, calm, clean, very well located. The bed was very soft, but this is very personal. It was only a full bed in the room, a queen would have been more comfortable. We also had some issues with the heater, we were there in february, it was really cold and we couldn't get the rooms to be warm enough. Requesting a late check out was kind of a hassle. The bed was uncomfortable. This was the only negative. The second bedroom in the first suite had no heat. In the master bedroom of the second unit, the cable box did not work. The staff moved us to another room because of the bedroom without heat, and we never mentioned the cable box because it wasn't a big deal. Minor concerns, but a great experience overall!. Loved everything. Nothing. I hated the fact parking was 50 dollars a night. It is Chicago so I will have work on this. Small issues: like the dimly lit living room (it was great for setting off the beauty of the city lights, but very impractical for reading or writing); nothing provided to wash dishes past the first night; phone that didn't work (for making local calls), and not having staff readily available to help with these problems. The room did not smell as fresh as we would have liked. Noise from street on even a high floor if window opened. Cannot think of anything to complain about. The only thing that I didn't like was not being aware of the different sizes between rooms. The room was fine, I just may have preferred a bigger size. constant whirring noises. Probably from aircon systems in the building (even when apartment one turned off). Coffee maker was not working. Ironing machine wasn't working very well. I wish there is a way to turn of the AC. The ONLY complaint I have is that there were lots of cigarette butts on and off our balcony. Also the lifts to and from the pool were not clearly sign posted. I loved everything about this place will def be returning. It was not very clean, hair in the tub, cabinets with oil fingerprints. And though I was at a 27th floor it was too noisy at night. I dont like the parking system. I feel like there should be a different system to let you into the garage because the street that you have to use to get the the garage is very busy and unsafe. I also feel that there should be a different way to let you get into the garage because sometimes you could be sitting there to get in before you are let in. The pool could also have been a little warmer!. no clean services. the box shower of the suite master was very small and there wasn't enough light, I mean the lightning design project was not good enough, some areas are dark. It would have been nice to have a slightly more robust workout facility. I liked everything, nothing to blame!. The check-in time could've been earlier and the parking hurt my wallet. Coffee maker didn't work. We had to find a solution. There wasn't any coffee filters. One toilet randomly would flow and we had to jiggle the handle. The other toilet made a very high pitched sound after flushing. Our bed was horrible, no support so rolled into each other all night and found it hard to sleep much at all. Can't believe it was such a cheap bed in such a nice unit!. The bed was a bit soft for my taste. It would have been nice if the sofa was a sofa bed. i wish they have recycling program. Nothing. size of the tv, blinds are not dark enough, nothing on the door to see who is ringing the bell. nothing. Nothing much. nothing, excellent. Nothing. absolutely nothing.
