Overall, the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room in terms of furnishings and comfort was impeccable, something I would probably expect from higher end hotels. The room was always clean as well. The location was excellent because it was very close to the downtown area and many other areas of interest. There were restaurants nearby. Room was very comfortable and exactly what I wanted.

Room was nice. Location. It's located right next to the baseball stadium, which is very convenient for fans. Bar is just outside the bar, 30 meters from the entrance!. The breakfast was very good. Infact impressive. Free internet and breakfast, good location. Close to downtown. Staff was pretty friendly although not overly helpful or welcoming. Great being next to Turner Field. How close it was to Turner Field. It made it very easy for us to walk right over to the game. Location Decent Price. Sleeping. There isn't really much to comment except that the immediate neighborhood gives a first impression as being unsafe, but it is actually very quiet. Only problem was you could tell the hotel was definitely old. It smelled like weed. The plumbing could have been better ..slow drain in tub and sink. N/A. the breakfast needs improving oatmeal was terrible. need to overall improve breakfast menu. not enough restrauants near in walking distance. Staff was not attentive to our needs. Our reservation clearly stated that we needed a roll away, but it took staff a couple of hours to walk to basement to get one, making it after midnight before it arrived in our room. Only one person handled check-in. There were at least 10 groups of people in line waiting. it's located on in the city center, not even close. It takes around 10 minutes by taxi to get there. That I was triple charged on my credit card. We split the bill and signed for $57.42 each. When I got home and checked my account I had been charged #114.84 twice then $124.84 once. I called the hotel, said they would fix it and then another charge of $229. .something showed up on my account. It still isn't fixed and I am very unhappy with this company !!. Killed 3 roaches in my room the first night. Information given on breakfast times was wrong. Limited view from room due to drive through canopy over reception entrance. Seemed like a bad rehab job from another hotel...not done to standards i have come to expect from Country Inn. Room carpeting was absolutely disgusting. Sheets felt very dirty. Area behind the desk looked horrible. We had to wait for 2 hours before our room was ready. If you're busy the night before then make sure you have enough staff working the next day to have rooms available at check in time. It was very upsetting. Room Was Dark Not Very Clean Toilet Tank Lid didn't Fit the Toilet Some Bugs Breakfast was SubPar One Elevator Broken Smelled. When I walked in it smelled like weed. It's in the middle of the ghetto! My check in time was 12 and I had to wait an hour which made me late to the place I needed to be after traveling 7 hours and was promised and early check in. Have bad allergies me and my son ,room smelled like smoke. Elevators were not functioning properly .old carpet , old bed spreads ,no pay per view ,thought I was getting a suite paid 150 and room and hotel was not worth that .very unsatisfied. Have never left a review on any hotels From the pics on the site I thought I was getting my monies worth.
