  The all english-speaking staff are all incredibly, professional, friendly and helpful. The resort is in a great location. The pool with the waterfall is lovely. The gardens are green and lush. The rooms are very nice and the tea and coffee making facilities are great considering this is not the norm in UAE hotels. We reserved a junior suite, and when we got to our room, it was a master suite, for the same price. The room service was great, and they got there very quickly. The buffet breakfast was good, and had a good variety, and the main items were different each day.

S - Very spacious clean room, large bathroom, beautiful design. The room has everything you need - king-size bed, sofa, table, large tv, kettle, mini bar, hair dryer, cutlery, etc. Tasty and varied breakfast. Very helpful staff. We liked the dinner order to the room. By taxi or bus you can get to the beach in 15 minutes. Nearby there is the shopping center and currency exchange.

Quite close to both Dubai and Sharjah airports by taxi, and the latter is great for low-cost fares on Air Arabia to make short trips to other cities like Doha and Muscat. The breakfast was excellent with good varieties.
