  The ambience was nice, your doorman is wonderful and excellent @ his jobas was all the staff from meeting, greeting, booking-in and your roomhospitality staff thoughtful - tex mex restaurant had wonderful staffalso and we had drinks @ pool bar-asian rst late @ nt and the staff werealso very accommodating to us; I loved staying here @ will always re... 别人怎么说 » turnif staying in dubai, the deal was afforable - Helpful staff , we had a bad experience arriving by taxi at 2am , but this was forgotton by the night managers attitude and proffesionalism .Very impressed . I worked in travel for 22 years at Ansett and Qantas and Jetset . so it takes alot to impress me but this did . As it was not the fault of the hotel . Breakfasts were great . I liked that my omellettes were cooked freshly.It was peaceful

  Very comfortable and clean room - Staff was very helpful and nice. They were very responsive to our questions and quick to provide service when asked for. Hotel was conveniently located to everything we wanted to see and do.

The staff (all) were very helpful, even if it took time to get an anwer, which was never long. I was professionally taken care of (my booking) with such short notice.
