It's a nice and friendly atmosphere, a laid back and relaxing place.
The staff could do with some english language training and could be a bit more service minded. The pool was a bit too cold, would have been nicer with a few degrees higher. Better selection of food in the restaurant is also desirable.
Staff very friendly and helpful- hotel is a little tired and could do with some level of upgrade but all in all pretty good...good location if you want to do both Dubai and Abui Dhabi....very little else to do in the area if you do not want to travel to either city.
The costs are high for drinks and food...you have no option's...it is travel to Dubai or pay the rates
The staff were excellent and the pool facilities great
They have sold the beach to a private individual who has beach parties with very loud music playing until the early hours, so not a peaceful and restful stay - certainly not suitable for people with young children!

We enjoyed laying round the pool, but there was no pool service. The grounds of the hotel are beautifully kept and it is a very nice place. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
The food was very poor value for money, the room service breakfast was stone cold. There was nothing to do in the evening. The bar did not allow our 16 year son in, so we could not spend the evening there. For the price we paid, it really was not value for money.

The hotel needs a lot of improving, in the info about the hotel it mentions that the hotel has been rennovated!!! i saw no signs of that!!! airconditioning was faulty, and it took 4 hours of complaining to have maintenance check it!!! One front desk employee was totally unhelpful!! but in honesty the front office manager at the time ( evening ) was extremely helpful and changed my room.
