nice hotel I like it good location 12 min to dubai mall nice service very good security nice & good price restruant inside Alwasel club near the players gate. you can meet & take a pic with the player if u see them. i took lovely pic with Dubai Sport chanel team. thanks and best regards to Dubai Sport. Best hotel I've been to. nice, clean, and wonderful staff. Giant good food and very good service.The staff will help you with everything you want which you can not usually find in other hotel.Rooms are very clean and nice, the area is quiet and nice. The hotel is worth the money engines. Love the hotel!.
所有评语 » Tidy, nice and clean! We had good sleep. Ample of parking available around the hotel due to the football club, but it can be a bit challenging if there is a football game in stadium. Overall good place to stay. - Away from the city crowd. Calm & peaceful neighborhood (inside a sporting club). - Attractive price. - staff are helpful. - for car owners, there is plenty of parking space. Everything was great, from check-in to the staff bringing us a cot for our son. The beds were comfortable and the rooms clean. For us, the location worked well. Room very clean and spacious. Staff friendly and helpful. Great room service rates. Close to Airport and Deira City Centre. Not too far from Jumeirah beaches. Good service, clean rooms, nice, new, well-appointed, good parking, good point to start from for exploring Dubai area by rental car. Staff are very friendly and helpful! The room was very clean. Room service was prompt and good food at a reasonable price :). Every things was ok and espisially recipcinist MRS May where very frindly and help full person thanks one more time to her. quietness and the mosque nearby. Quite hotel. 1) Safe and very quiet 2) Easiest parking ever and free of charge 3) Good location but you must have your own car. 4) Mosque nearby (if you a Muslim). 5) I requested a late check-out and they were kind to provide it. The price and simplicity of the hotel. There is a nice communal sitting area outside the rooms which was also great. Away from the noise of highways. Polite Receptionests. the only thing I can say is that it was clean. no smile from the reception. also no welcoming. i don't know why!!. Directions are not well defined on the website, better to refer Wasl sports club or Latifa Hospital. In fact it is just inside the Wasl club. - Room was little bit smelly (curtains & carpet need to be cleaned &freshened a little). - Taxis & public transportation are not very much available around like in city center. - Internet is not free. Okay, maybe the breakfast wasn't great. Maybe add some hot chocolate, some flavoured yogurt and whole wheat bread for toast. The hotel is right beside a mosque, so the prayer announcements are very loud from 5am in the morning. Nothing. Prayer Horns at 4am Difficult To Find First Time Only 4 Channels On tv All tv Channels in Arabic Very High Priced WiFi Shower is Scalding Hot. it A little far and it is inside alwasel club area with A small sign to see. Nothing. Facilities we're not working week well, we've to change room. Nothing in particular. receptiones staff are not to friendly enough and lazy. Loud mosque right outside no stores shops nearby for conveniences. Difficult to find. Poorly marked from the road in the day. They should have a good access cuz i wait 30 to clear the access area for the football game.. Trapped on traffic island couldn't walk any where. Unprofessional staff. nothing. wifi not available. Noise from the hall downstair. There is no lift for sepcial needs and pregnant women poor breakfast menu (4 dishes made of ege +1 beans) you have to drive if you need to have buy anything. ask to have a look on the room before you checkin. Difficult to get a taxi around the location of the hotel, and in urgent times the hotel was not very helpful in getting a taxi. Should have a hotel car up to a drop off point, where cabs are easily available. And.. You cannot charge for water!! Big no!. Very difficult to find.... No mention of Al Wasl sports club but it was located inside this facility. No sign at the street and had to ask other hotel in order to find it. It was the worst food I have ever eaten in my life at a hotel. I had 3 spoonfuls and left it outside of my door. I called to complain and was told to let reception know when I checked out. Nothing was done about it. go there to sleep and eat somewhere else... there was wedding party that night and I couldn't sleep well. there was also no electric kettle for tea or coffee. it's kinda hidden it took me long to find it there is no signs and i didn't expect it would be inside a stadium. quite hard to find as it is inside Al Wasl sport Stadium, they should precise it. Big stains on the carpet in the room, no hot water in the shower. I did not like that it was located inside the compound of the Wasl Sports Club. As a woman, I felt uncomfortable in the hotel with so many males sports players in the hotel. As a non-Muslim, the super loud call to prayer made sleeping in, impossible!. No direction boards.It's in Al-Wasl Stadium complex.If you don't have a car,don't stay in this hotel. Expensive. We had no hot water when we checked out advised staff they just said sorry. We had turned on the water in the room but it never heated up. We had young children so were unable to bath them. Also the quality of the cot for my youngest son was terrible and I was unable to use it as it was in such a state. Its definetly not family friendly. This hotel is to far fram evry thigs. There are no elevators in the hotel so it is a hassle to drag your luggage to the room. 1) Wi-Fi internet is not free. 2) Some of the staff was not as helpful as expected. 3) Breakfast is of average quality 4) Hotel is very difficult to find as it is inside the stadium. You cannot see it from outside. 5) Cleaning could have been better. The breakfast menu is very basic. One cereal to choose from and only eggs and pancakes. Not a lot for a 3 star hotel. There was a bug in the bed. Decor needs updating. Stains on some of the seating and blankets. Right next to a mosque which makes for a very early wake up call. Almost sounded like the speaker was rught outside the window. Rooms needs to be repaired. food was terrible.
