The size of the rooms. Good location. the great location and very comfortable and clean spacious rooms. the room was very spacious. It is a good and clean hotel. Spacious rooms. The size of the rooms were good. the 30 minutes it took to check out while they did invitory of the room. The heater wasn't working in the pool which was a pity.

Emerald Hotel Apartments now offers guests Ahlan Sevices at Dubai International Airport upon request. Please note that requests should be made at least 48 ours prior to the date of arrival.

Ahlan Standard Service costs AED 125 per person and includes:
- Meet and greet on arrival
- Refreshments and relaxation at Ahlan Lounge
- Assistance with Immigration formalities
- Assistance during Duty Free Shopping

Ahlan Premium Service costs AED 185 per person and includes the all the services mentioned above as well as the assistance of a porter throughout.
