  All the staff I met were professional, polite, and friendly. They made my stay very enjoyable. The location was very close to where I needed to be for business.   This has been my third stay at the Dubai Youth Hostel and all I can say that it is Convenient, Cheap and Central. It is bang next to a Metro station so well connected, it is near a Mall hence food is not an issue and it is absolutely value for money!!! Having the added benefit of a swimming pool is also pretty amazing for a hostel. The hotel is less then one year old and is spotless, although you get the impression that it will stay that way forever as the staff are constantly cleaning. The location is nearer Dubai old town with the many souks etc. It is part of the Jumeirah chain so you can use Jumeirah beach hotel, madinat, WIld Wadi etc for free.
