  Beautiful hotel, nice rooms with all the comforts. Staff are polite and helpful. The beds are amazingly comfortable. Room service dinner was very nice. Best buffet breakfast we have ever had and I have had a lot of buffet breakfasts in many hotels. - Secluded location, yet near the city of Abu Dhabi.   Simply a perfect place for children. My 3 yo son loved feeding Giraffes, Zebras and deers right infront of our room/chalet. The fact is the Hotel is in a middle of a very clean/organized Zoo, so you can do the zoo-round and when he nagging starts, simple go back to the room and relax. A special thank you goes to the Duty Manager Saeed Al Amin who ... 别人怎么说 » attended my request and made sure everything is up to my expectations. Highly recommended for Families with children, bring with you some carrots and - The hotel was incredible and having giraffes and zebras outside your front door was amazing. The chalets were spacious and tastefully decorated. An extra bonus is that to visit the zoo is also free of charge, reception will organise guests complimentary tickets. Overall this hotel is excellent and for the price is by far the best value for money I have come across and I stay in many hotels for business. Would definitely recommend and cant wait to return.

They truly care about their guests and without a doubt w - Ambience, rooms (we stayed at the villa), excellent service, friendliness of all staff, value for money (applies on both rooms and dining).
