所有评语 » Ambience, rooms (we stayed at the villa), excellent service, friendliness of all staff, value for money (applies on both rooms and dining). And last but not least is the view of the Grand Mosque!!! We would definitely comeback once all the facilities will be operating. The hotel was brand new, just 3 days opened prior to our visit. Well planned, all clean and glossy. Ample pool area, lost of supporting facilities and 3 signature restaurants. I loved the hotel and the staff were amazing I stayed at 2580 on 7th april just for the night and I fell in love with it, no compalins just good night sleep. The decor was outstanding and the staff were attentive and smartly dressed. The room decor was lovely and the view was amazing from our room. I realy enjoy my weekend the service and staff they are fantastic and helpful،it is very nice for family for privecy. I like the welcoming from the hotel once we arrived and the check in process was very fast and comfortable. Staff were excellent Pool is massive Staff come around with fruit, ice lollies and clean your sunglasses. Very spacious room , we booked the one villa bedroom. Very nice decor and welcoming staff. I booked many time in booking .com but i didnot get any offer. Ritz standard beds are always a pleasure to sleep in. The privacy of the villas and its quite atmosphere. The resturant had good food. The beds and the room And the valet parking stuff. Wish I stayed longer! -Food/ beverage prices a bit unreasonable. One thing we did not like and it is not in direct relation to the Hotel, however, it is something that I believe all the hotels on the Grand Canal should seriously consider and do something about. I am talking about Jet Ski riders who come in groups creating deafening noise and disturbing the peace and serenety of the hotel ambience. We stayed at the villa close to the water where the noise from jet ski was especially loud. I think those should not be allowed to ride in the Canal at all. The personnel was too shy and scared of guests. Not always they were able to understand proper English, but trying their best. It took me forever to find the place, no directions on the roads. The key card to our room was not working during the entire one night stay and although the staff were very apolgetic it made our stay uncomfortable and interrupted as we had to wait around each time we left and entered our room missing out on using the hotel facilities. The shower also flooded after a 5 minute use leaving the bathroom wet and dangerous. The beach was slightly crowded. the A/C was very hot in the living room . The resturant we ate at was not very good , Mejana , very limited options!. There was nothing I didn't like. I didn't like that there was not hot water when I need to take a bath !!. None I could see during my stay!. The location of this hotel is terrible. The signposts are non existant if you drive. My advice get a cab at all times. no complaints at all. staff are really new and they need serious training. requested double room but still got twin, was cheaper to eat room service than the buffet. internet should be free. Nothing :). far from the city center. No thing. The food was less than average and service was very slow !!. Location was not good. The spa was not open. The Spa is not opened yet. The food in the beach area was not that good. Unexpetienced staff. none. very poor facilities no spa generally nead another six month to be 100% ready (under traial, even the wc was not working proporlly. pool not heated. I booked because there is a breakfast included and when I checked out they made me pay for the breakfast 63$! letsbookhotel.com mistake because they were announcing on the website that the room rate includes breakfast!!!. hotel didnt meet my expectations, defnetly not coming back, alternatives in same location are much better in services the suite i booked wasnt prepared with water and fruits when i checked in and i had to call and request, the hotel design makes u walk alot to reach your room. The sound isolation inside rooms is not good. the mattress was realy bad. The right price of the room is not real in booking the price 750 but I pay 870 total with taxes. Price of food is high , the villa are not perfect clean, the kitchen of villa is not full equipment to be used, the market is very far from the hotel. I expected the hotel to be more luxurious especialliy for the rates provided. Also the hotel needs additional facilities as it was somewhat a boring stay. The noise early morning by the Gardner, it was terrible. The elevator to the room was not working ! In the morning the fluch in the toilet was not working too !!!! And the stuff of the reception was not friendly at all !!!!!.
