Staff is very helpful and the hotel is close to Abu Dhabi Mall. Suitable for Family. Location is great. Price is reasonable. The room that we stayed in was very functional. friendly staff and accomodating. Location, parking. we had problems immediatelying with the showers but as soon as we contacted reception the maintenance guy was up within five minutes and then within half an hour had returned with two new shower heads and replaced them both. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. Beds were comfortable and linen clean.

Nice Suff Good Location. Great value for money. I did not like anything about this place. Good staff. Nothing. The building is old and needs renovation soon. No car parks available. The hotel could invest in a bigger sign outside. We found it hard to locate. There should also be a warning in regards to the parking space. We parked in a residential parking space, we didn't know about it. After 30minutes we were called by the reception that we had already been fined a total amount of 500aed. But overall. Out stay here is ok. none at all. no swimming pool. That the hotel was dated and really does need a makeover. It needs to be freshened up, the net curtains up the Windows appeared as though they had never been cleaned since they were uninstalled. Carpet in bedroom was heavily stained and again really needs replacing. The showers leaked onto the floor and the showers dribbled as opposed to flowing comfortably. no car parking available some maintenance works needs to be done in the kitchen. some attention is need to the kitchen and bathrooms. They need to change there televisions and beds. no lock in each room,especially bathroom! small bathroom. room not well lit. No parking & no free WiFi @ reception. No parking. Parking was with money and very confusing. TV sets were very old- no hdmi. Rooms were smelly Furniture was dusty. Hygienly very poor!. Not clean. The Actual not like the photos in booking site (cheating the customers with nice photos in booking site)Poor furneture, durty bathrooms, poor equiped ketchin, burnt lights in dining room, TV's without power adapter. The fridge wasn't working and the bath tubs in both the toilets kept leaking. Old furniture and bad smell carpet and kitchen and bathrooms ,no parking, poor kitchen tools,small cocrages arround. One male staff was very rude to answer for guest's request. It's so unpleasant experience.. old furniture, facilities & bad cooking smell all around the hotel. room service is very bad & you should work on it to improve it. Parking lot . i face a hard time to find a space for parking. The staff was rude. The appartment smelled bad. No lobby. Enterance hidden on the back of the building. Furniture was old and worn out. Beds were very uncomfortable. very expensive for the the condition it is in. 1- No car parking for this hotel ( it is 20 floor) it is unblievable ..... at night you need to park away from hotel otherwise , you will get fin ( 200 aed) 2- Toilets are not well maintained ( poor cleaning , fitting is broken, confined 3- Reciption is very confined ( no lobby) even staff not relax in that place 4- Sofa is very old and not tidy 5- tv is not clear and not enough channels for Kids. Everything about it, it smelt really really bad!.
