  Thru web site we were charged excellent room rate for very comfortable bedroom in main house (first visit we stayed in the Clocktower) extremely relaxing sitting room set in lovely gardens. Great breakfast & wonderful location. Our friends, 2 other couples also stayed the weekend & were full of praise for Cantley Hall Hotels. As we have go... 别人怎么说 » od friends in Wokingham, it certainly will not be our last visit. - Cantley House is a gorgeous building with bags of character and (when I stayed) blissfully quiet. There is an ongoing refurb programme, with completed areas finished to a high standard; the owners' love for the building is apparent. Staff were efficient, friendly and approachable and the room well stocked with fluffy towels, robes, and the usual tea/coffee iron etc.

  We hired three rooms for a group of special needs swimmers, we stayed three nights. We had a friendly welcome and where looked after really well. At breakfast we ordered five different cooked breakfasts and the order was taken with no complaint and with help from the lady. The room was cleaned each day and even the bi - The owners were hardworking, friendly and attentive. The location suited my personal purposes ideally and was close to fabulous Spa called Nirvana..only 6 minutes to trains and across road to Sainsbury's. The accomodation wing is separate from the hotel (Inn) and breakfast was good , however the home made chips(fries) were horrifically yum and the home made evening meal was brilliant ( I had Lamb shanks ) .   Very friendly at check in and room was great for a budget overnight. If you expect Travelodge/Premier Inn, you will be pleasantly surprised as this lodge is better with extra facilities including use of a closeby gym and pool. If you are expecting luxury getaway, you will be disappointed. I was nervous when I read a few reviews before I booked but... 别人怎么说 » those with negative comments I think were expecting 5 Star luxury which is not what this place is....this is good, value, comfortable place to relax - I spend a lot of time in Hotels, and was impressed by the exceptional welcome I received. All was well explained on arrival regarding facilities, and Laura on reception was particularly helpfull. From showing me the room, to printing me off details of my intended destination for the evening. All done with a very warm, friendly professional manner.
