  A fantastic stay at the Dundry - all of the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast was really superb. Location is remote but that is great for a quiet weekend and close enough to Bristol if you want to get out and about. Recently refurbished to a very high standard and the food was excellent. My wife and I were made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived and the views over Bristol during a local walkabout were stunning.

  Easy check in, very friendly and helpful receptionist. only stayed one night and arrived a little late due to getting lost in Bristol city centre. Receptionist arranged for the hotel bus to pick us up from hotel and take us to, bungalow restaurant, who she rang to say we were on our way to eat. The room was clean and comfortabl - Decided at the last minute to stay at the Forge before early morning flight. Staff very friendly and efficient, accommodation small but very comfortable, as well as tea and coffee also included cereals in room for breakfast and mini fridge with milk! Taken by mini bus to their own pub free of charge and collected, all staff extremely cheerful and helpful. Would definitely recommend it. Could not be nearer to Bristol airport.

  The owners/hosts are very helpful and lovely to deal with. The room was fine. I stayed at hotel for one night because I had a very early flight the next morning from Bristol airport, which I'm pleased I did (coming from Cardiff meant it would have been a very very early start otherwise). Cosy, well presented room. Friendly check in even on late evening arrival. Liked the separate accommodation in garden, felt like we really had our own place. Cheap, cheerful and everything needed for a quick night before airport, which is within walking distance, literally 5 mins away.

  Although the location of the hotel is off-road, there was no problem reaching as we were picked up promptly by Mr. Jeth at almost midnight from the airport (less than 10 mins drive) ... extremely friendly and helpful staff. I had good communication prior to arriving and we were picked up and brought back to the airport the next day all free of charge. We had a travel cot erected in the room prior to our arrival, the rooms were very comfortable and spacious and the wet room was fantastic.
