The owners and staff were very welcoming and ensured that we had a veryenjoyable stay. In fact we had such a lovely break we extended our stayby an extra day! Pool was excellent as the weather was very wet duringour stay we made excellent use of the facility. The rooms are verytastefully decorated and comfortable and the breakfast was freshlycooked to order and very tasty! First class break..
所有评语 » Our room was spotless and the pool was great. It was really nice to relax in the pool after a long day walking and enjoying the activities and beautiful scenery of the lakes. The breakfast was delicious. I will be recommending this guesthouse to all our friends and will definately be going again. The owners are really nice, we had a great time.The hotel was lovely clean and bright. The bedroom was comfortable clean and had everything we needed and was a good size especially the bed. Breakfast was fresh we did not have to wait long for our food. Offered tea or, coffiee straight away. Very positive experience. We would deffinately come and stay again. The food and the overal atmosphere of the southview is excellent, the ease of finding the hotel, the swimming pool was great and a nice thing to have after being out for the day. The bar is very resonably priced if you want a drink and Phil was an brilliant host and hope to return in the summer.Very friendly service also pointed us in the right direction for a very good local resturaunt called Wicked (which the food was).Hotel tastefully decorated and room very clean and welcoming.Would recommend this Hotel to all and would definitely stop here again. they were very friendly and helpfull the hotel was clean and we were looked after very well the food was fine as well we are hoping to go again we will be stopping at the hotel again thankyou for helping us to choose this hotel. Breakfasts were very good, plenty of choice. Swimming pool was clean and a bonus for a small guest house. Hotel was clean, rooms serviced well. Staff friendly and smart. The bar was reasonably priced, not overcharged. i thought the staff were very friendly and the hotel was nice and clean the breakfast was really good and a good selection of choices.i really enjoyed my stay here and would stay again.The guys that run the hotel were really friendly and the standard of the rooms were excellent. The breakfats was probably one of the nicest breakfasts i have had at a hotel. Everything the owners are friendly the food was great and having thepool was excellent I really enjoyed the swim.They just let you get onwith enjoying your stay your way.The room was much more than we expected, service was exellent, would deffinatley stay there again very good value for money, in excellent location, with private parking. After a day out it was nice to relax for a short time in the pool.We had to go home!!. Pool was freezing when we got into it which spoiled the experience for us. It looked very inviting and should be warm all the time has people go in for a swim at different times during the day. Hopefully this will be corrected because we would love to come again.maybe could have served evening meal or snacks. parking was a bit tight. The bar/lounge was really small. the breakfast room was a little cramped. The pool was disappointing as it and the jaccuzi need a good clean. There was green slime around the sides of the pool and the jaccuzi was a rather grubby brown colour which were off putting but easily rectified. The bedrooms are not well soundproofed so there can be some disturbance from the use of the whirlpool baths in adjacent rooms. The paper thin walls (and inconsiderate, loud, guests - although that can't be helped), and the small spa bath.My room was above the lounge/bar which made it evening and night times a bit noisy. Room was too warm at night. Parking could prove troublesome for some people.Was too hot with heating on full blast! Would have been good if breakfast was served a bit later.
