  A very comfortable room, and comfortable bed. There was no outside noise. The breakfast was excellent, and is included in the room price. This is worth taking into account when comparing against other hotels, some of which might charge an extra £10 for breakfast. The restaurant and dining service are excellent.   The booking by letsbookhotel.com was incorrect when I arrived according to the receptionist! Apparently this is a common problem with your bookings? They recommended if using you again to check also direct with the hotel. You booked a single room I booked a triple family room!   My room was very comfortable and warm and the receptionist very friendly and welcoming. I was only there one night so can't comment on any other staff. Although the location was right on top of the busy M6 motorway I couldn't hear the traffic at all while in my room. - Good value.   Comfy beds, nice clean room, pleasant bar. The hotel is a lot better than it looks - the staff make the most of what is a slightly run-down establishment. - I was only there for one evening, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was help yourself but had quite a good choice of food.
