I book this guest house because of the beautiful flower in the picture. Didn't expect a wonderful room inside. The room is very clean from carpet to the towel and the toilet is in perfect condition. In this guest house also include full breakfast which I can't forget to mention about it. The breakfast is the best we had in a long time. Make us full until dinner. The staffs are very very friendly giving us advice during our travel with all the kindness

  It was at the quieter end of the beach, which suited us, with a fabulous view of the bay, and with carefully worked out parking arrangements. The location is the best because it is at the end of the esplanade so it is not as noisy as the other hotels. Just around the corner are great bars and restaurants. Keith works really hard, long hours, but he has a gem. - The hotel is in a great location and the views are beautiful. The the room was excellent, comfortable, well set out, and very tastefully decorated. The continental breakfast was very varied, tasty and ample and the owner was really nice and very helpful. Best hotel I have stayed in for a long time. I would definitely recommend it.

  Really close to Weymouth train station and local buses, and just across the road from the glorious beach. Lesley and Clive were fantastic hosts. Our room was to the back of the hotel, and was really quite. It was lovely and clean, and we loved the decor. The homemade cake by their son-in-law was beautiful. The breakfast was great. The food took around 20 minutes to arrive, but this is far less than ho - The owners Leslie & Clive made us feel very welcome straight away, our room was lovely and great little touches , was extremely clean, the décor was lovely also. The breakfast was first class, did not need to eat anything until the evening as was too full, the quality of the breakfast was second to none. The hard work that the owners put in was certainly noticeable throughout our stay we will definatly be staying here again and was well worth the long journey from Essex.

  We were pleasantly surprised. Hotel was easy to find, had excellent parking. the staff were very nice and helpful, the room was very spacious with a double bed and single bed in.
