We were made to feel vey welcome by Michael his customer service was excellent and helped us to our rooms ,as we were friends meeting up at the b&b.The room was perfect,my bed was small but I would pay for a double next time as I like plenty of space,my friend had a slightly bigger bed and she thought it was brilliant,at breakfast we were greated by Andrew and again he had excellent customer service,and the breakfast was AAAAA*excellent,and well presented.Nothing was too much trouble for t.
所有评语 » Nice bright clean room with a very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast with smoked bacon. A Lidl supermarket is right across the road, great for the morning when you are heading off. Friendly owners. Free onsite car parking. Very nice guest house. Clean rooms, friendly staff, very helpful, excellent service and a nice breakfast. All in all excellent stay. Would recommend Graingers to anyone without hesitation. Friendly staff - courteous - very clean and comfortable - first time in Weymouth we will be coming back - free to come and go as you wish - hpoe you have a great summer. friendly welcome, nice room, tea and coffee with nice biscuits very appreciated after a long journey, cleanliness and finally a lovely cooked brekkie before setting off!. The owner was very welcoming and made me feel very at home-especially after a long day at work. The room was very clean, tidy and had everything i might have needed. we liked everything about the hotel rooms were clean furnished to high spec owners were friendly and nothing to much trouble would recommend it to anyone. The friendly and welcoming hosts. The breakfast was fantastic. The bed was the most comfortable I have slept on away from home. the owners were very friendly and helpful. the breakfast was cooked fresh and it was such a treat to get hot toast at a hotel. The location was in a good location outside the town which was quiet. Very hospitable with helpful information when needed. it was a nice clean place were we was made to feel at home and breakfast was very good enjoy are stay will go back soon : ). the hotel was a comfortable and friendly place to stay i would stay there again and i would recomend it to my friends. Very good accommodation for the money. Really good breakfast. Close to town. Close to nice bar with good food. friendly people good atmosphere clean modern lots of parking. All good, clean, friendly, convenient for what we needed. Felt very homely - friendly - breakfast was great. Personal service, excellent style of room, quiet. Staff friendly and helpful. Clean And tidy. Nothing. As far as I am concerned there was not anything that you both could have done better.Your B&B deserves 5 star rating WELL DONE. A little far from the town and the waterfront – a car is essential. The ‘house rules’ are sent to you and displayed everywhere, makes you feel slightly afraid to use anything. Not enough tea bags or sugar in the room - in fairness with the number of drinks I have there would never be enough lol - this is not really a criticism. only one thing - the sound of the water pipes or heating or whatever it was being quite loud in my room and disturbed my sleep which was a shame. but I am a light sleeper! nothing else. I cant think of anything that i didnt like. no late key but that was good in away did not get any dunks coming in late :). nothing really. Did not honour the price quoted by letsbookhotel.com and confirmed (£55.00). £57.50 charged. Still good value, but not good practice. Nothing to dislike. Onsuite would have been desirable. Otherwise no negatives. Didn't like the way the rules was put across I left school along time ago. But would recomend the place. although the mattress looked deep it was vey soft ... bit like sleeping in a marsh mallow. Sadly not a good night for someone with back problems. Too small room, too small bed for a couple, too small toilet/bathroom, staff not frendly, number of stars not apropriate to the room and the price.
