  A very nice hotel, with friendly and very helpful staff. The room was large and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. My son plays for Torquay United and lives a long way from home so we don't get to see him very often, Karen allowed him to come and join us for breakfast even though he never stayed at the baytree.   The stay was magnificent. Hotel staff were very helpful and extreemly polite, the hotel itself was very clean and tidy, and the room was refurbished to a very high standard.
