  hospitality was excellent and also greeted on arrival. The breakfast was lovely and plenty of it. Very relaxed and a clean, well planned room, with excellent large double bed. Bathroom is modern with brilliant power shower. For evening dinner, we were recommended the Kings Head at Tealby which turned out to be a lovely meal in a quite village, so ... 别人怎么说 » the owners turned out to be very helpful indeed. We only stayed one night, but wish it had been longer, we would certainly stay again. It was nice to - Fantastic Location for our visit to Market Rasen Races. Superb room/ shower/wet room was great after a busy and hot day. Tranquil setting overlooking garden. Amanda and Peter are the most delightful hosts, a very warm welcome and comfortable stay. Breakfast was great, as is the room it is served in, nothing is too much trouble, we wish all the places we stayed were as good as this...it would take out a lot of anxiety when booking a trip. We really loved staying here and would highly recommend t

  Very helpful staff. I had failed to book at table in the restaurant on the evening of our visit (had I booked directly no doubt the importance of making a reservation would have been pointed out) and although pretty much fully booked they did manage to fit us in, which was much appreciated, there is not much else in Market Rasen. Car park tight,... 别人怎么说 » but double parking was permitted, handy as vehicle was fully loaded and I did not really want to leave it in the street. An excellent breakfast, but - Everything. Our room was spotless and beautiful. Staff were friendly, and polite. Our waitress was lovely and we had a giggle with her. It was very obvious staff were trained well and the owner/manager ran a very tight ship but the staff were happy. Food at dinner and breakfast was perfect. Wine was good and we were surprised how reasonable our bill was on checking out.

  The room was spotless and nicely equipped. Everything worked well and the wet room was great. The breakfast was great. We didn't eat in the restaurant at night as it was fully booked- always a good sign! - The staff were very friendly, booked only a few days before arrival.   Friendly staff, could not do enough for us. Room was spotless and bed comfy. As it was Saturday, we were made aware of the live band night, as soon as we go there, this is a pub after all. People should not complain about that, it was quiet once it finished. The breakfast was the best ever, nothing was too much trouble. Would stay again. - Love... 别人怎么说 » ly friendly staff. The pub is B&B only, but when we returned from a trip to Lincoln on the train with our own food, we were provided with plates, cutlery and condiments. Breakfasts were superb as were the room facilities. We ate out at the Advocate Arms nearby which was also excellent - both places had real ale which is a must!
