  First person we were greeted was the lovely Lucy! She couldn't have been more welcoming and was even concerned as I we arrived late. She showed us to our room personally, shut our curtains and left us to settle. She was very welcoming and it put a big smile on our faces after such a long journey from scotland! Our room was cosy and comfortable and... 别人怎么说 » quiet!! Which was perfect, all to often do you stay at a hotel chain and we find it noisy. Breakfast: was delightful, continental we could help our - Everything about our stay was wonderful - this hotel definitely has the 'wow' factor. From the moment we arrived until when we checked out the staff were helpful and attentive. The public areas are beautiful and our room was spacious and comfortable. We dined in the hotel restaurant and found the food to be superb and reasonably priced. Breakfast next morning was also excellent. The location is also excellent being 15 mins from Chester. We are already planning our next stay!

  The warm efficient welcome on check-in and every time we dined was genuine and right across the entire team. The bedroom was so quaint and well laid out and being in the courtyard was quiet novel and convenient, especially as we were out and about both days horse riding at Willington Hall Stables. The overall quirkiness of staying - Sue was the most helpful lady I have met in a long long time. She had a great sense of humor and was just all round superb!! Also I had asked for flowers and champagne to be put in my room, this was done for me without a problem!!! All staff were totally superb.
