Rooms clean and well looked after. Nice staff. Beds comfy. Bar always open during normal hours. Location; quiet, 50m from beach and opposite tram station. Tea//coffee facilities in bedroom. Lift. Our lads loved their room. Free wifi. Games room (but pool £1 & take your own darts) Allowed take away food back in hotel room. (except fish & chips as leaves strong odour) Value for money.

This was a small boutique hotel with only 14 rooms. The room was beautifully decorated and all our needs catered for, all the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly and nothing was too much trouble, the Chef stayed late to ensure we had a meal on our late arrival. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to visit Blackpool. -

We received a very warm welcom on arrival at this small but beautiful hotel. The hotel room was finely decorated and warm. Friendly staff gave us an automatic upgrade as the room was available. Breakfast was excellent, with the best cooked eggs I have ever had in a hotel. It was easy to control the temperature in the room and we were very comfortable. Well situated on the sea front, clean and modern, we were delighted with our choice. We will definitely return to and also recommend this hotel.

I could not fault anything. The staff were amazingly friendly, the room was clean and comfortable with everything I could need. The location was perfect for my plans and not too noisy. And the price definitely did not reflect the service. For the price I paid, I was expecting a lot less than what I got, so was pleasantly surprised. I would definitely stay here again. And I liked the little honesty box for snacks in the lounge area.
