  This is a rarity, a lovely small hotel, locally managed and with oodles of character. The staff care about their jobs and wish to see that their guests have a wonderful time.   The staff was helpful. The restaurant was good. It's in a nice location. Though it's outside of the city centre it was right across the street from a shopping center so that was very convenient. When we checked in we were giving a room on the 3rd floor when I went up I realised there was no bath in the room which for my son is essential so I asked at reception if we could be changed and they changed us to the 5th floor straight away which I was very grateful for.   We loved the apartment. We got upgraded to a larger apartment than we paid for so we were thrilled. My mother made the comment: looks like they just finished it, it is so clean! Great living room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were fantastic. Beds super comfy with double bed big enough for 3 people! All clean and modern, kitchen well equipped. Staff friendly and professional, security guards at night. Great value for money and will definitely use again! Taxi to nearest clubs was about £5 and double than that on return at night/morning.
