We ate a lovely dinner at Kye's restaurant which is in the opposite direction to the shops, 5 minutes walk away. The Oaks is is in a quiet location with friendly hosts, and it was a clean and well presented room.

Good west end theatres within comfortable walking distance (to watch Les Miserables, The Phantom of the Opera and soon The Book of Mormon).
