  Fantastic, friendly &professional staff. Excellent breakfast. One evening we tried the tasting menu which was amazing. Wonderful dining room and attentive service. location and sea view great, nice atmosphere and our boys liked the indoor pool(it was late October)and hot tub. Nearly all of the staff we encountered were lovely. 2) Mark Jordans food was exceptional both in terms of quality and (relative) value for money (we had the £65 3 course) 3) Location and views provided by hotel. Whilst it is a bit out of the way, it was lovely none the less

  The hotel is simply excellent. Contemporary airy room, superb service, the best breakfast I've ever eaten at a hotel, anything one can ask for :-) Location is brilliant - very close to the harbor, Elizabeth castle and the Jersey eye, 5 min to the city centre. Word of advice - go for a seaview room - it really worth it!   The hotel is very well situared, easy walking distance of the amenities etc, The rooms were a good size although we did find them too hot, we never had the heating on and had the window open at all times; this is not a criticism as I am sure other guests wouldnt complain. For value for money and location it is the best hotel I have found.

  Everything you needed, nice touch with coffee etc on arrival and welcome pack. Bus to airport stops outside and costs £1.70 :-) used dishwasher, washer etc and no problem with leaving your rubbish etc out and getting extra tabs. Paid etc for harbour view which was lovely on the night we stayed in. Bed and topper very comfortable. Location is superb, within easy walk of most of the attractions of Jersey - St Helier. Fast wi-fi and the staffs at the reception is VERY VERY POLITE.   What is there not to like? The staff are simply brilliant - it's really nice to be recognised and addressed by name. We had a great room with a sea view. The bars are very good as are the restaurants and yes you really must try the Governors Indian cuisine at its best!! A good selection of places to eat and drink and nice outdoor seating areas as well as a pool. Very much a luxury hotel which we could not fault, except for the location which was our choice.

  We have stayed at this hotel on many occasions. It never disppoints us. It is totally relaxing, the food is excellent and the general manager Mr Pedro Bento is the best host in the entire world. - In all respects a very pleasant experience
