We loved the apartment. We got upgraded to a larger apartment than we paid for so we were thrilled. My mother made the comment: looks like they just finished it, it is so clean! It was not far from the main train station in Manchester. The hotel was also across the street from a great little supermarket so we saved money making our own food in the kitchen. My daughter did her wash in the washer-dryer. The bathrooms were clean and good sized - like I said, we had a two bedroom which had an ensu.
所有评语 » Booked apartament for 5 and we loved it! Great living room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were fantastic. Beds super comfy with double bed big enough for 3 people! All clean and modern, kitchen well equipped. Staff friendly and professional, security guards at night. Great value for money and will definitely use again! Taxi to nearest clubs was about £5 and double than that on return at night/morning. The apartment was very near the picadilly station, about a 5 minute walk. It was also in the city center which made everything very near and convenient. The left building was a grocery and a marks and spencer outlet which made life easier :-) we stayed at a 2 bedroom apartment and it was very spacious, clean and well worth the money. They let us check in early too. I would definitely recommend this place. Our room was not quite ready for us so we had to wait half an hour. To compensate us, and without us asking for it, we were upgraded to a superior room which was absolutely wonderful. The room itself had great facilities and superb views right across the City. Location was ideal too, close to all amenities and yet in a quiet spot. Excellent and enjoyable stay. Nothing to dislike! Apartment was lovely, clean and spacious, every facility you would need. Less than 10 mins walk from Piccadilly station and only about 15 to the Etihad stadium - great location. Aldi over the road so bought pizza for after the gig and breakfast for the next day. Would definately stay again and recommend it to others. The assistants: Rob, Luke, Valentin and Vadin. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. The accommodation was amazing, and spotlessly clean. Everything had been thought of. We truly had an amazing time - and will definitely be booking a service apartment rather than a hotel in the future. Can't thank you enough !. Quick check in and check out. Apartments were a very good size for the 5 of us and very clean. The apartment had everything we would have needed including a fully equipped kitchen. Location is ideal if arriving by train as its only a 5 minute walk and a taxi into the centre is under £5. Would stay again. We booked a one bedroom apartment but were upgraded to a 2 bedroom, which was a pleasant surprise! Apartment was in excellent condition and fully equipped. And we had a good view from the 8th floor. There is also a grocery store across the apartment where we could get some essential items. We got upgraded to a better room so my friend had his own room and an actual bed not a sofa bed. The dishwasher was definatly useful. Loved how comfortable the beds were. Loved the style of the apartment. Loved now spacious it was. And loved the ensuite and other bathroom. The rooms were spacious and the cost was about the same as a hotel room. I had a full kitchen, washing machine, dining room, living room, and a separate bedroom. It was cool outside so I didn't need AC which they didn't have. The location was superb as well. I love the inside and my apartment was so superb. There are 2 rooms with one room ensuite bathroom, having double bed. the other room with 2 single bed. there is sofa bed in the living hall. good size kitchen with facilities and dining table. room facing Piccadilly station. Absolutely brilliant from the second we checked in to the second we checked out. Will definitely stay in staycity accommodation again in Manchester and in their other locations! Excellent weekend stay to see my grandchildrens art exhibition at the university it was good to be able too make them a meal in nice surroundings. like the secure car parking. Spacious enough for two of us, better value than a hotel room, not too far out of the city centre and very friendly staff. The fact there was security guards there all night really made us feel safe. Fantastic views, very clean and had great facilities, kitchen was well equipped. Funky modern interior and comfortable. The location was on the outer edge of Manchester so we were in an odd place. We had to walk through a few blocks of industrial buildings to get to the train station. We stayed on sat/sun and many people came there for party, just like us.but many of them were making a lot of noise between midnight and early morning, screaming and running up and down the corridors like little kids. So when planning weekend there keep it in mind unless you are the one making noise ;). Soap etc only in one bathroom instead of both. We used our own hand sanitizer and didnt ask for any more as another traveller had put on their review they were charged for it. I know its only a niggly thing but if there are 2 bathrooms there should be at least soap in both of them. There's nothing to not like - it was AMAZING !. There is only one lift and I believe one flight of stairs to access all levels. We were waiting a long while to try and get the lift whilst on our way to check out and in the end had to carry heavy bags down 5 flights of stairs which was quite congested with other parties leaving at the same time at check out. There isn't any restaurant close by. We had to walk towards the station to look for something to eat. And I wish the front desk staff would be more friendly and welcoming. There was dirty and wet dishes in the cupboards. The single beds put together to make the double kept splitting apart really easily. No complaints at all. No AC...The Apt is only cleaned after you leave. Is hard for me to judge others,i dont judge others and thier work.iam a simple man,i love all things from god. Staff aren't friendly. no lobby to hang around. I do not have not one bit of bad feedback with regards to this apartment services. Everything was amazing. slight smell of drains in the bathroom - I think it could do with an extractor fan. Only minor issue is no cigarette tins outside the apartments so no where to distinguish cigarettes. Very minor point though. Thin walls meant noise carried - first night wasn't too bad but the second night was beginning of bank holiday weekend and extremely noisy til late at night - but the night staff reacted very quickly when we complained - some things seemed unfinished - no switxh for the extractor fan above to cooker, and places for lights but no bulbs -. Check in was functional and accurate but I felt could have been friendlier. Car parking was complicated. I think I liked everything about it be honest. Entrance of hotel is required to call the staff to open during night time. The map was pretty useless. Clear directions would have been helpful. After walking for ages we ended up getting a cab only to find it was 5 mins from the railway station. We should have googled it before arriving, but even then might have balked at walking. It is in a great location but going the back route is not stranger friendly. Everything else was fine. Getting the car out of the automated parking was a little long winded. staff could show customers around the rooms and demonstrate how things work e.g shower/bath and tv.Only suggesting that because there really was nothing bad about my visit. All are best. Parking was an experience not a bad one on the whole but maybe some info upfront on the automated parking would have saved someone having to help us. Nothing. I wasn't aware of the building activities that were going on and which made the place look more like a building site rather than a building with finished luxury apartments. As a result, it was noisier than we would have ideally liked. No negatives to report. Nothing really. The staff were not friendly at all especially the ladies,then please get blenders in the rooms... It didn't bother us but is not suitable for those who don't want the noise of the city. No complaints - even when there was noise, the front desk took care to quiet people down. There wasnt anything i didnt like. The apartment we stayed in needed a little detailed maintainece applying but overal would stay here again. It can get a bit noisy. Maybe they can look into limiting the TV volume – noise travel easily at night. None. A little shabby in places, but not bad at all. There was only one lift so at check out time it was very busy and we waited 20 mins to get in the lift but it was too busy so had to carry VERY heavy bags down 11 flights of stairs.
