  The staff were very helpful and friendly. Air conditioning in the roomwas excellent and the room was well appointed, including having an ironand hair dryer. There was ample car parking. - The chef made an extra special effort to provide a vegan menu for ourstay, breakfast included! Was very much appreciated!

  The rooms were furnished very tastefully and kept to a high standard ofcleanliness. Breakfast was excellent and place had a niceatmosphere.Both owners were friendly and displayed a genuine sense ofpride towards the establishment and a willingness to maintain this bylistening to comments and views of guests. I really think it´s fantastic that there were a lot of fair trade products (tea, sugar, ...) which the hosts offer in the room. I would like to stay there again when I will be in Canterburry again.

  We have spent 4 nights in this B&B. We arrived a bit earlier, but this was no problem at all. The location is perfect. Close to the beach, Canterbury, Leeds castle and so much more. There are a lot of places to visit in this area. Ian and Kay did everything to make us feel at home. Breakfast was a joy. Kay will cook you everything you want. Yes the sink in the bathroom is a bit small and y - From the moment we arrived, Ian and Kay did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable! The location is countryside, but only a short drive to Canterbury centre, or better still the Sturry park and ride. The B and B is spotless, new and v comfy bed, room is spacious, breakfast excellent. The local pub is across the road and the food is good and reasonably priced. There is also a tavern close by in Herne, a carvery that sells roasts great food and a great price. If you are looking for a week
