  Hambleden village is absolutely beautiful and is just 4 miles from Henley, so is convenient for either the quiet countryside or the more lively atmosphere of town. The Stag and Huntsman Inn is full of character, the staff are very attentive, the food is very good and our room was lovely, spotlessly clean with complimentary shampoo etc. There was p... 别人怎么说 » lenty of choice of teas, coffee, drinking chocolate, still and sparkling water and biscuits in our room. Will be back some time in the future - We received a warm welcome from Dan and the rest of the staff that we encountered on our one night stay. We booked a classic room and was allocated 'The Pit' which was a very pretty, clean and well presented room. Good pub food in the evening and an excellent breakfast with lots of choices. Highly recommended for some country style R&R!!

  The room was a large converted barn and well planned. It had a walk in shower and a freestanding bath and was designed beautifully. The bed was massive and incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was delicious outside in the courtyard and the staff were really friendly. It's in the perfect spot for the Henely regatta and the train station. The rooms are luxurious with fantastic showers and the attention detail is spot on. The staff are friendly and professional and nothing is much for them. I would highly recommend staying here!
