Loved george and joan lovely people their home is magical and we were
treated as friends staying rather than guests beautiful views great area
with lots of fabulous lakes and towns to visit much quieter on the roads
than the lakes and just as beautiful huge bedroom enormous comfortable

so quiet the reason I am in capitals is because I have had a fall and
lacerated my head and broken my humerus on my left side so I am using -
George and Joan are a lovely couple who will make you feel very welcome in their beautiful home. George gave us coffee and biscuits when we arrived and even offered us a glass of wine (which we declined) that set the tone for the rest of our stay. You can come and go as you please but there is always someone on hand if you need anything. It’s unlikely that we will need to stay in the area any time soon but if we do then we will have no hesitation in booking a room at the Cumberland Lodge. It wo
