  The hotel was perfect. Clean, comfortable and with a great staff. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Wonderful hotel. Highly recommend it. - kids just loved the leisure club, couldn't keep them out of the water and the jacuzzi and steam bath were an added luxury.

  Excellent hotel in practically all respects. We had a beautiful spacious room, the bathroom had a bath tub as well as a shower in it, the staff were very friendly, polite and helpful, giving us accurate answers to our enquiries, and the breakfast was so plentiful it could keep you going for the rest of the day. It's an ideal place to stay if you have a car, otherwise you need a taxi or bus to get to the town - or you can just walk, which, - This was a stop-over point for us .. the view over the loch is simply lovely .. peaceful.. every changing.. The restaurant was good .. We had inadvertently NOT made clear that we wished a double room .. and we had initially been allocated a twin room .. we were lucky that a double room was available .. and we were reallocated to this one .. (Thank you !) we will make sure we don't miss putting that in the comments when it is not clear, next time. Great on site carparking.

  The hotel was going through some renovation, but there was no disruption to our stay. The reception, bar, lounge and dinning room had recently be renovated and it was stylish, high quality and very comfortable. The location was great, a 5 minute walk to the quite, but adequate town of Fort William. There were good bars, restaurants, and places to ... 别人怎么说 » get shopping and made pack lunches. The staff at the hotel were very polite and friendly, and gave a warm welcome. Our room was well decorated, clean, - My originally allocated room had an electrical fault ( kettle wouldn't boil but it turned out to be the circuit ) and I was immediately moved by the manager. The new room was at the front and I gained a view to the loch. The TV in the new room didn't work properly but that was sorted quickly too. The room was comfortable and clean and the breakfasts good with cheery and friendly staff.

This was originally going to be a four night but the hospitality shown was outstanding and really made us want to stay an additional night. Beautiful location but watch out for the 'Midgies' and the 'Dwarfs' -Snow White and the 5 Dwarfs, looks like 2 MIA probably eaten by Midgies! Fear an Ti or Man of the house was very organised (possibly ex-serviceman or policeman) Our orientation was very funny. Ban an Ti or lady of the house was very friendly. The room was small but comfortable.

  I loved the setting, the staff were excellent, rooms lovely and clean. Best nights sleep in ages!!! Breakfast was also good. - the whole experience was good, friendly staff, beautiful surroundings, great food at a really good price. We will be back.

  Each room had a unique and beautiful view of either the Loch or the garden. We stayed in a room with a garden view and enjoyed looking at the deer, birds and flowers. The room's were comfortable, clean and warm with large bathrooms. The breakfast was amazing. I would highly recomment a stay at The Gantocks. - Finding a place like this little gem means that you are left with good memories of your holiday. The owners greeted us we tea and shortbread and did everything they could for you and were always cheerful. The room very comfortable with the largest bed we have ever slept in.
