  Owners were friendly and helpful in answering email questions before our arrival and allowed us to leave our luggage there prior to checkin and after checkout. We were upgraded to a room with a better view. Full cooked English breakfast was delicious! We enjoyed the cozy atmosphere (4 guest rooms) along the river. The waterfall and walk to the harbor is relaxing and enjoyed by many - I really enjoyed my stat at Cramond Mill. Elaine is a wonderful hostess who goes out of her way for her guests and I could have asked for a better place to stay. Edinburgh is easily accessible via the bus that stops at the top if the street and it is also so very handy for the airport which is only a 20 minute drive away. Nestled next to a picturesque stream where the locals go fly fishing, I couldn't recommend it more highly.

  The facilities and location were great, especially for the price. Even though we weren't that close to the main attractions, buses were right out the front door for wherever we wanted to go and the airport bus was close, as well. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was great for a very reasonable price. But the best part of the stay ... 别人怎么说 » was the very friendly, black resident cat. He greeted us most days out the back and was very pleased to get some good pats, just not keen on being pic - The staff were very friendly and nothing was a bother for them. David was our first point of contact and Colin (the older one...lol) was fantastic with my grand-daughter. Meals were excellent, there was a wide variety of drinks. The security locks in the corridors made us feel extra safe and the room we were in was very comfortable with a very spacious bathroom. Overall I cannot think of a single negative thing to say about this experience. Will Definitely be back. Thank you.

  The staff were very helpful and friendly.The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was great with a good selection. The location of the hotel is quite far from the city center but there is a bus leaving every 5-10 mins from just around the corner. It takes about 20 mins and drops you right on Pinces Street. We used to own public houses and a small hotel so therefore we have high expectations your hotel met all of our own personal standards.
