  The staff, the hotel, the food all top notch and all in a beautiful location just miles away from Nottingham's city centre. If you can't stay a night or two do yourself a huge favour and go for a meal.   I like this hotel, it has character, nooks and crannies and its a nice place to be. The food was great and there was loads of it. I was surprised the restaurant wasn't busier than it actually was. How often do you see quality food and quality portions.
