  We especially liked being greeted by the concierge. Booking in and out was quick and easy. Room was spacious and clean with plenty tea and coffee in the room. It's the second time I've stayed there and I'm sure there'll be many more times as well.   Lovely location in residential area just one street back from promenade and less than 5 minute walk to Pleasure Beach. Owners friendly and very efficient. Thanks - First impressions whete great nice clean lobby and staff where very helpful letting us store our luggage and carrying it up the stairs for us. Room was excellent. Very clean and beds where super comfy. Towels and tea an coffee where provided along with shower gel and handwas. Only bad thing was the bathroom had a really funny smell sometimes like the drains where blocked. Room was spaceous for 3 girls. Definatly stay again

  We booked terrys guese house end of september for my birthday, at first by looking at the B&b u wouldn't think much but once we got in side and met terry he was a lovely friendly man! Our room was really nice and we felt very comfortable! If we was to ever go blackpool again would love to stay there, very good price .. :) :) - room for the night
