  We were treated so well we felt like part of the family. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a great conversations with the Landlord and all off the Staff. The food we had was well prepared and nicely presented. Our room was clean and tidy with sufficient storage space. We will definitely go back and take friends along.   I loved staying here the hosts are really friendly and go out of their way to help you make your stay as enjoyable as possible. I have stayed here on several occasions due to work but I would also love to stay here and enjoy the amenities for leisure purposes too! The rooms are amazing, better than any of the local hotels (I've stayed at Hilton ... 别人怎么说 » etc..) and the home cooked cookies, breakfast etc are delicious!!!! I would defo recommend and would stay there as often as I can :) - The owners were very welcoming and there were lots of lovely little extras like home baked cakes, fruit juice and bottled water in the room at no extra charge. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We would definitely recommend this very special b & B.

  Had a good stay here. Greens is nestled away in the small town of Woburn Sands. The town itself is well worth exploring as there are some great walks to be had around the area.The breakfast was first class all fresh and HOT which you don't often get from a buffett style. Woburn also has an excelle - The hotel was clean, quiet and easy to find. The reception isn't manned at the weekend and the entry code/pick up keys system works well. Breakfast is buffet/continental at the weekend and in a large dining room with excellent food. Room was ideal, clean, warm and comfortable. The only member of staff I met was the night porter, Adam, because I needed to get to hospital at 2am. He was fantastic, he stayed with me until the ambulance arrived and helped me and my daughter downstairs with all our
