  The staff were very friendly. Muhammed and , the manager did everything to make our stay very pleasant. We could not find the hotel and called then to get directions. The manager took it upon himself to ask us to stay where we are and he came by foot to fetch us and take us to the hotel. When I checked out I was asked if I wanted to leave my bag while I visited Taksim Square.
