2nd visit to this Hotel & thoroughly enjoyed our stay once again. Stayed in the main accomodation block with a pool view room, rooms clean, tidy & comfortable. Enough choice for breakfast to set you up for the day & easy walking distance to anywhere that you need to be on the Island. Last time we stopped we had issues with 1 member of the reception staff being very rude & unhelpful, but this time it was the complete opposite, in fact 1 of the staff (unfortunately i didn't get he.
所有评语 » We booked this hotel as we planned to arrive in phi phi a day early and our initial choice was full, however we would have been happy to stay in the hotel for the full time on phi phi. We were met by a bellboy at the pier who then took our bags to the hotel and onto our room. The room was clean and spacious and the staff very friendly and helpful. We left something in our room before checkout and it was brought down to us straight away. The hotel is well located for bars and restaurants. Swimming pool was great and very much needed on this island if not staying on beach side (aka party side). This was a perfect location for us, quiet at night but could still walk less than 5 mins to liveliness. Breakfast has been given harsh reviews by others. Eggs, sausage, rice, noodles, toast, fruit, yoghurt and cereals are enough! If we had a problem staff would be at our room before we could even return from reception to sort it out!. I really liked the location - I like being in the thick of things but having said that, when I'm ready to call it a night I want quiet! I was only staying two nights but decided to stay one more night. Although I could've stayed elsewhere I was more than happy to stay here. When I arrived, door handle fell off the bathroom door!? I told staff at reception and it was fixed instantly. Nice hotel, large clean comfortable rooms, excellent and really proactive cleaning service. Located halfway between Tonsai pier and Long beach - probably the nicest beach on Phi Phi Don. The noisy night life area is also 15 minutes of a walk away, we were really pleased to not live in the middle of it and rather walked there. The hotel is really nice. The cheapest romos are not really beautifull, but they are ok. The location is great, is away from all the noise and the party área, so if you want to relax is the best place. The hotel is quite good in general if you are looking for a place to relax not close to the main roads. Pricing vs. Services is average for Phi Phi island. No facilities to have cup of tea or coffee in room. I have nothing bad to say. Breakfast could be a lot better. The bathroom was not nice, struggle to have a decent shower. Out of high season they do not have any restaurant/bar open at the resort. Like everything on the island: expensive!. Breakfast was a little small for the prize you pay, i would recommend to book without breakfast and eat in one of the plenty restaurants or bakerys. According to the map on the site it seemed not that closer from Tonsai, but it was fine for just staying one night. The place was nice, but it should cost half of the price. Simple furnished rooms, awful shower, small tv, poor wifi, swimming pool closes really early. You can definitely get better for same price these guys charge you. Bit expensive for Thailand & breakfast finished too early at 10am...supposed to be on holiday lol!!. The bathroom was fairly basic, however it was clean. There is a mosque really close to the hotel, calling for praying 5 times a day. No private beach. No elevator in the main building.
